Our office is our car! We do not have large overheads such as warehousing so we are able to offer very competitive service costs.
We only use OEM manufacturer spare parts sourced from authorised suppliers.

We provide on-site support for the entire range of HP Designjet Printers & Plotters. Our Designjet experts are available to repair your printer using original HP spares.
Our HP Latex engineers are available to repair, service and maintain your equipment. We provide support for HP Latex 300 & 500 series printers.
We offer support & repairs of out-of-warranty HP PageWide XL printers. Regular maintenance can help to get the most out of these high volume machines.
Over the years we have built a wealth of experience with Onyx & SAi RIP software. From urgent support through to workflow management we have a solution to benefit your business.
We aim to attend site the next business day after you contact us. However, if we have a technician in your area we might be able to visit you on the same day.
To keep our overheads as low as possible we do not have a premises where you can bring in your printer. Our technicians are fully equipped to attend your office.
We take most major credit or debit cards via on online payment gateway (Worldpay). We also accept cheques, bank transfer & cash.
No fix, no fee means exactly that. If we cannot fix the reported error then you will not be charged for the callout*
